Our Fees

Our charges are based on two considerations: the loan amount and the complexity of your individual circumstances. Our initial consultation is free and we will always explain exactly what you will be charged before you choose to proceed with us. As we offer a bespoke service our charges can vary. A typical fee for our residential mortgage advice service is £199. A typical fee for our buy-to-let mortgage advice service is £299.

Our client fee doesn’t merely cover the administration of your loan application. It also covers our extensive research, our expert knowledge, the mortgage advice you receive from us and the end-to-end support we offer you throughout your transaction.

First Time Buyer?

We do not charge an advice fee to first time buyers (subject to a minimum mortgage amount of £100,000). We recognise that getting on the property ladder for the first time can be a real challenge, having to stretch savings to cover fees and stamp duty on top of a deposit. We want to support you in achieving your goals; all we ask for in return is that you enjoy your experience with us and share that with others who would benefit from our advice.*

*We do receive a commission from the lender – details of which are fully disclosed as part of the advice process
